We combine interior design expertise with construction knowledge to:

  • We help you get the most out of your floor plan by improving your home’s flow and functionality. From identifying under-utilised spaces to refining door swings, window placements, and joinery details, we’ll suggest practical changes to make your home work better for you.

    We can work with simple real estate plans, full architectural drawings, or anything in between, however the more accurate your plans, the more accurate we can be with your concept.

    No plans? No problem! If you’re considering a renovation or extension, a simple real estate plan is all we need to create a personalised plan for your home.

  • We provide you with furniture layouts for your home which assists with spatial planning, along with recommendations for specific pieces. We can also work with existing furniture you may want to incorporate into your design —this means granny’s grand piano may have a home after all.

  • We design custom joinery that looks great and works hard for your home. Whether it’s maximising storage in awkward spaces, creating a focal point, or ensuring your kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, we focus on making it purposeful and practical. If budget is a consideration, there are some fantastic off-the-shelf options we can recommend too!

  • We recommend a material and finish palette that suits your style and works throughout your home. From wall colours to flooring and joinery, we’ll show you how to create a cohesive look that ties everything together.

  • We help simplify the selection of key fixtures, fittings, lighting, furniture, and soft furnishings by choosing pieces that suit your style and needs. From lighting to furniture, we pick options that work together, making it easier for you to create a cohesive, functional home without feeling overwhelmed.

  • We offer smart, cost-effective ideas that help you stick to your budget without compromising on quality or style. Whether it's finding more affordable alternatives to high-end finishes or suggesting clever design tweaks, we make sure you get the most value for your money while still creating a beautiful, functional home.

Designing a home goes beyond just the floor plan. It’s about making sure every element, from furniture placement to materials, works together for a functional, cohesive space. We consider how each decision impacts the flow and feel of your home. By building your design in 3D, we help you visualise it while refining selections and materials. The result is a home that not only looks great but feels right in every way.

1 x personalised Plan Proof PDF (70-100+ pages)

A comprehensive document covering a floor plan concept, furniture layouts, custom joinery designs, material, finish, and colour selections, recommendations for key fixtures, fittings, lighting, and soft furnishings, 3D renders, and more!

These are communicated through floor plans, elevations, mood boards, renders, inspiration photos, and linkable selections that make up the Plan Proof PDF.

1 x 3D walkthrough video of your home

Visualise your future home with a custom walkthrough video that showcases style, scale, and flow.

2 x Zoom sessions (consultation & presentation)

A 30-minute Zoom consultation with Jenna to discuss your brief and priorities, followed by a 1-hour presentation where Jenna will walk you through your Plan Proof PDF, share your 3D walkthrough video, and answer any questions you have.

How it works -

  • Once you book and pay your deposit, we’ll send you a questionnaire to complete where you can upload your plans and inspiration photos directly. 

  • You’ll have a 30-minute Zoom call with Jenna to discuss your questionnaire and ensure we’re aligned. While we typically schedule this on Monday mornings, we can arrange a time that works better for you. We’ll follow up via email to confirm the details.

  • Over the next 2-3 weeks, we’ll review your plans, explore ideas, and develop a personalised concept for your home.

  • 2-3 weeks after your initial consultation, we’ll meet for your final presentation. Jenna will guide you through your Plan Proof PDF and share a 3D walkthrough video to bring your plans to life!

  • Once your presentation is complete, take your Plan Proof PDF to a draftsperson or your build team to further develop it into a construction-ready plan. By providing clear, actionable plans, we help bridge the gap between your vision and the actual build, making the process smoother and more efficient.

  • Yes! If you have basic real estate plans of the existing home, we can develop a concept for your renovation or extension. Our process helps you clarify your vision and create a clear design direction to take to a draftsperson or builder to develop further.

  • We’ll refine your existing plans to ensure they align with your vision and provide clear interior design direction. We’ll make sure your plans are functional, cohesive, and meet your needs, using your existing plans as a starting point.

    If you’re working with a draftsperson, builder, architect, or designer, we can review and suggest improvements with their permission to mark up and propose changes.

  • Yes. We don’t offer concepts from scratch for new builds, as there isn’t enough information about the site conditions, council regulations, etc., to ensure that the design would be achievable. For a new build, we proof existing plans to refine and develop an interior concept that aligns with your vision.

  • We offer one comprehensive service at one price. Even if you're not renovating your entire home, we take a holistic approach, considering your home as a whole while focusing on the areas you want to prioritise. If your focus is on one specific area, we can dive deeper into that space while still ensuring it connects seamlessly with the rest of your home.

    Our goal is to provide a big-picture plan that works for your current needs and your vision for the future.

  • We often work with clients in this position and develop staged renovation plans. This approach ensures you have a clear big-picture plan, so no work needs to be redone later, while allowing you to complete each stage as your time and budget permit.

  • Some exclusions include:

    • Site visits (unless agreed upon beforehand – additional cost)

    • Design amendments (final changes to be made by your build team)

    • Construction drawings (concept drawings only)

    • Exterior architecture (rooflines, structural elements – our focus is on interiors, with attention to exterior materials if applicable)

    • Lighting design (key lighting selections included, but not a detailed lighting plan)

    If you’re unsure, please contact us to see if we’re the right fit for your project.

  • Our process typically takes 3 weeks from the initial consultation to the final presentation.  We are really good at communication, so we’ll stay in touch with progress updates!

  • While we’re not quantity surveyors, we use your budget as a guide to make cost-effective design decisions.  

  • Our focus is on interiors, but we can assist with selecting exterior finishes and materials and provide a basic site plan to ensure the interior and exterior flow together. 

  • We work entirely online, but site visits can be arranged for an additional cost. 

  • Any amendments will need to be made by your build team. Nothing is set in stone, our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions as your project moves forward.

  • Yes, we’ve worked with international clients. We can coordinate online meetings to suit your time zone. 

  • Join our waitlist and we’ll notify you when new dates or cancellations become available.  

  • “Proofing” means refining and improving your plans to make sure every detail works together and aligns with your vision.  

  • A ‘concept’ refers to the initial design direction and vision for your space. It’s a starting point that outlines the layout, style, and overall feel of your home, helping guide further development and decision-making.

  • A ‘build team’ refers to the group of professionals involved in constructing your home or renovation project. This typically includes architects, builders, draftspersons, tradespeople, and anyone else responsible for bringing your design to life.
